There are not. Pokemon Red is Pokemon Red. And Pokemon Red sealed is Pokemon Red sealed. And it’s for Nintendo gameboy.

There are at least 5 English versions of Pokémon Red: English NTSC (4 variations) and English PAL version. That’s without getting into foreign languages which also saw localized versions of this extremely popular game (such as Pokémon Rote Edition and Pokémon Version Rouge). Not to mention the father of them all, the Japanese version, although those never came factory sealed to begin with.

We can be all technical, but who really minds whether the rated E is white or black, especially if you find it sealed. Pokemon Red is Pokemon Red. Variations in box art and materials is not what I thought the person above was referring to as variants.
