This guy had a best offer option but he took it down.
The guy I bought a Misty’s Golduck from said he didn’t have a best offer option because he only wanted people who were seriously interested to message him. Maybe this guy is the same. Worth a shot i think

Maybe ask for another better lit picture. I would be curious about this section.
