Im not sure if they will grade it but using the green label service you can still get it encapsulated.

This comes from the Pokemon Card Fan Club Magazine Vol.2. Here is one in a lot of cards from vol 1 to 5 on ebay.
Are you sure the card was included in Vol 2 of the Fan Club Magazine? There`s a “My Deck Memo Chansey” card included in Vol 2. Same back but the front is the same as the artwork on the front cover of Vol 2. The artwork on the card above is the same as an old guude book. Not sure if it was distributed with that guidebook. The card comes up for sale from time to time but usually in less than mint condition.
The seller on the Ebay link says he’s not sure how the card was distributed.

No I’m not for sure, but I’m going to buy a vol 2 sealed and find out.
It’s not in their list yet, so you can either supply all information prior to submission and hope they take it resulting in you having a POP 1 or they decline it as an No Spec (what’s the error code? N0?) and don’t charge you for it.

@genosha thanks man! i will continue to find out more on the origin of this and wait for this to reach me - it seems the memo card is slightly bigger than normal trading card size from the ebay link, may look really awkward in a oversized case :X

I came across on on YJ a few days ago and also have it incoming right now. Will bookmark this thread, because I’m also interested in knowing more about what it actually is. It just looked cool to me and was pretty cheap, so I bought it.

Anyone ever figure out where the memo card came from?
Hey guys, I found out that a fellow E4er @linkdu83 (Thank you!) also happen to have this card! talked to him on insta to find out more and he revealed that this is the memo card that comes with the original pocket monster storage box that was released together with the japanese base set.

I am not sure if I can find a sealed storage box anywhere now to determine this as a legit confirmation of where this comes from but if I do I will share it here

Oh, that’s pretty interesting! Got this and the Chansey Memo Cards myself (briefly posted about them in my collection thread).
I wonder if there are any more besides these two.

Do these at least fit in one touches?
It fits within my screwdown very well so I believe it will for one touch as well!
