Why does PSA do this? Landscape card orientation

Take a look at the orientation of these cards. These were all graded in the same batch. As someone with mild OCD, this really grinds my gears. PSA was launched in 1991, yet, 33 years later they still haven’t settled on a standardised orientation for landscape cards.

I have numerous other landscape cards with the same issue. However, the fact that this is from the same batch really takes the piss.

What are the backs like? Are they all portrait facing the right way? They probably go by that

If I received my cards back like this my reaction would be so dramatic I’d make the news.

PSA got this one right. The back is portrait facing the correct way. If the back was upside down, that would look worse than your situation.
