Card moved in PSA case?

I got this card back from PSA about 2 months ago and I’ve been storing it in a box with other cards, taking them out every now and again but handling them with care.

Today when I went through some cards I noticed that this one had slid upward in its case

. My first thought was that the card might have been like this since it got back from PSA. It was in a large order and I didn’t go over the cards too indepth, but at the same time I feel like I should have noticed it. So now I’m wondering if the case is faulty and if I should contact PSA about it.

Anyone else experience something similair?

I have many cards that rattle around a bit in the case, but nothing like this. It looks like the card may have been pinched when they were slabbing it. Are you able to shake the card loose/ get it to come back down? Either way, I would probably contact PSA. The case appears to be faulty imo.
