Why are trainers more expensive than Pokemon?

Is it meant to be suggestive or something? Haha

I think I’m able to make dirty jokes out of a lot of things but I really can’t see what’s suggestive about that dialogue lol.

It’s okay, if you don’t find anything suggestive about something, the internet will definitely find something suggestive about it for you.

Is this waifu craze hurting the hobby in the long run? Obviously Pokemon isn’t serious business, but can Pokemon be compared side by side with sports or art, if the chase cards are young girls? How is Ken goldin going to explain the waifu tax for one of his auctions and why the Lillie card is so expensive?

Trainers and Supporters are a large part of my collection. More “items” and the old school Japanese promos, not the modern full art “waifus”. I don’t really get the waifu craze, but I enjoy the art, history, and relevance that I feel is under appreciated. I think of it as another side to collecting rather than just the Pokemon characters that helps put together the whole Pokemon story.
