This is going to disappoint you … I’ve opened the envelope carefully (without breaking it) … It doesn’t came with a card … only a Pikachu coin

The product is a paper playmat that is also a poster related to the Generations Starter Decks released in Japan during the SwSh era.

This was a gift of a friend btw

Paper playmats are a common thing in Japan. Some products includes paper playmats such as Entry Pack ‘08 DX

Here are some closer photos of the Generations decks playmat & poster

Poster

Playmat

Believe it or not, folding the paper is more difficult than you can expect … So, I decided to make a quick guide to help people to fold the playmat without damaging it or making it a chaos

Fold Guide
  1. First you have the playmat in this position

  1. Fold the bottom of the playmat up

  1. Fold the right half to the left. It should look like this

  1. Fold the bottom part up

  1. Do it again with the new bottom part … fold it up

  1. Repeat again with the new bottom … fold it up, but locate it in the back part … It should look like this

  1. Fold the right part to the left part … locate the right part in the back

  2. Finished

Hope you can find this helpful …

Thank you … the packages happened to arrive together … it’s not something that happens much often (for now)

Yes, those magazines are extremely interesting … Not only for the artwork cover … Also for the information that is there. I’ve bought them without the cards they were included originally … Magazines are more difficult to find than cards (especially for volumes 14 onwards)

The graphic looks like this currently

  • Color: In Collection (I have it in hand)
  • Red: Purchased (With Middleman)
  • Black & White: Not in Collection (Not Purchased)

I have been collecting these magazines for almost 3 years … I’m doing it very slowly …

Yes, it’s an amazing postcard … it was a gift from a friend as well …

It’s said that McDonald’s 2012 cards in Spanish were distributed only in Latin America … I think it has also been released in English. The Drilbur has a little dent that can be seen easily by eye … That’s why seller sold me it for very cheap … But for me is a perfect card … McDonald’s 2012 cards in Spanish are not something you find that easily and the average price of each card is around 30 PEN ($8.50 approx) if it’s in NM condition

Thank you so much!!! Glad you’ve liked it!!!

Thank you!!! I’ll post the photos of the most recent Non-Pokémon items that arrived to me during this month in the “most recent non-tcg purchase thread” later. (It was 2 a.m. when I was doing the Pokémon one)

I’ve started collecting her cards (all variants in all languages) and merchandising last year.

Currently I’m developing a massive spreadsheet (that takes elements from other species collector’s spreadsheets)

I’ve thought in creating a thread for the collection and other of how I’ve built the spreadsheet … but first I have to organize some things

Glad you’ve liked it!!! :top_hat: :magic_wand:

Went to a card show today and was very excited to find a Southern Islands Butterfree.

My brother lives relatively close to the event so I stopped by to say hi. To my surprise my niece gave me a lego Squirtle.

I tried getting her to keep it but she insisted it was for me. She convinced me to take it when she told me her little brother keeps trying to eat it anyway :joy:

It was a good day

Some Heat Wave Arena/Glory of Team Rocket promos and other nice stuff I recently got.

Wasn’t even aware of Hypnosis Device and Rocket’s Kangaskhan ex until I started adding stuff in shopping cart, especially Khan is great reminiscence from first battles versus Giovanni.

While Psyduck/Golduck have no connection with Heat Wave Arena or Misty I still wanted to add them in same binder, such pretty cards. I’m pretty sure almost everyone feels like that Psyduck nowadays: you go on ebay and see the Pokemon product you’ve wanted has gone up 3x, after that you’ll lay down holding your head and thinking “yeah, I should’ve bought that”.

Hello! Been a while. College keeps me busy.

Had to pop in and show y’all this awesome PokePark Torchic I got at a local show! Almost felt like fate because I was looking for this card like 2 weeks ago. Good thing she’s finally popped out!

I overpaid a bit, but given the swirl and low grade population ESPECIALLY in where I live, I thought it justifiable. I don’t plan on selling it anyways! This is my favorite Torchic card.

(My Trevenant PokeFit has a new purpose now.)

Feels like I’ve spent lately so much time organizing binder collections after LGS was finally resupplied with some binders I needed.

Like this EX FireRed & LeafGreen collection inside 480 slot Ultimate Guard: regular, english code variants, reverse holo and japanese 1st ed. all nicely sitting in same place.

I also purchased Gamegenic binders for the first time and I’ve really liked them, especially the covers feel slightly rigid compared to others I’ve used. Colour selection for new models is beautiful, can’t wait when I’ll find use for pink/yellow ones.

360 slot is for Heat Wave Arena/Glory of Team Rocket, plenty of extra space in the back once latter one is done as well.

What makes me really excited for Destined Rivals is how optimally full binder should be in the end: 12 first pages hold 244 main set while leaving 44 extra spots for promos/variants, we’re already ~30. Remaining 8 pages just barely fit 182 reverse holo set ( I use duplicate ex cards ) and 8 energy cards, only 2 empty spots left. :+1:

I’ve been searching for this card for over a year. It’s a cheap card, but the problem was a mix of terrible listing photos (due to low value/interest), huge shipping costs far exceeding the card value from the US, lack of English versions in Japan, and poor condition copies due to age.

Anyway, finally picked this LP copy up for $5 from a clothes reseller. No idea how they got it. Double Swirl Manaphy with Saturn Swirl in the bottom right of the holo. I was the only bidder.

…I hope that it’s real? I see no reason to fake such a card. But I’ve never seen the Saturn Swirl, or 2 “normal” swirls (behind right shoulder and left hand) so close together (but not exactly horizontal?).

Without derailing this thread, can anyone explain/confirm?
