Picked up some cheap stuff from Cardmarket to plug gaps in my WOTC binder sets and the seller also had this beauty:
Yeah, it’s not the reverse holo but that one seems to be £40-£50 here when I had a quick look on ebay. And this regular uncommon cost a grand total of £0.98p which I consider a steal for that artwork. Very clean condition too.

You absolutely should get one! Cosmos looks gorgeous with blues. There’s a lot of stuff I don’t post here, maybe I should post them more often

Hey good to see a post from you again! I have had people explain to me why this card was wildly more expensive than the other legend maker cards in the past. As far as I know(which is little) it was never competitively viable. So its not like all the good reverse holo copies are scuffed up from play in blinged out decks. I have only 2 reasons. First of all, it has a mew cameo. Mew is mew. But more interestingly, this is one of the few times Ken Sugimori went out on a limb, and drew a full scene art for the TCG. It is well known Ken Sugimori drew the majority of the “stock” images or reference images for early pokemon. Most cards attributed to him are just the reference art of the characters superimposed on some stock image backgrounds. So for him to create entirely new full scene art is very unusual. There are a handful of other instances, mostly trainer cards from e-series forward. Naturally a non-holo version is just so much less sought after.
So yes, its a wonderful artwork. I really like it a lot. The ex era to me, has the best stuff in it because they got bold and tried to make their own locations, their own stories and share it. Holon Research Facility is super iconic to me(despite now yet owning a ton of delta species cards). So anyhow, good pick up. I suggest you look into the other Sugimori trainer cards and pick up non-holos of them too!
