Awaiting the elusive PSA 10 Dragonite I was able to win this really beautiful copy in an auction. The holo bleed is prevalent all over the card which is nuts, swirl in the bleed and all. It looks as if Dragonite is holding a double swirl also which is a really cool bonus. It’s actually really clean so likely to get cracked and submitted to CGC or just kept in the binder for constant admiration.
Picked up this guy solely because it was so cheap. Might look to collect all Lv.X cards over time, otherwise I’m pretty much just a dark Dragonite and fossil Dragonite collector at this point.

I was hesitant with what to collect but saw this artwork again and fell in love with the card again. Decided to collect WOTC Black Star Promos from 1-18. Don’t want the whole set

Obtained from the original winner, along with the champion’s hat and the 3 pins for getting through the tournament!
Battle Road 2002 is one of my favorite years because it’s also when the old backs were transitioning to the new back cards. In the tournament you could play decks unsleeved, but had to include 30 old back and 30 new backs if you were doing so. The Hall of Fame restriction list is also fascinating from this year
