To my knowledge, they all look like that. They were clearly printed and cut from the same sheets/printer.
I’ve shown you the Incomplete Holo Error before where the shimmer portion of the Galaxy pattern isn’t as visible but the stars are.
Here’s also one of the more significant holo shifts. I’ve seen several with this exact printing and one that is much larger.
