I’m not sure does Fan Club Gyarados count, obviously Shining Gyarados already exists but just imagine how wanted Fan Club version would’ve been. Still one of the most exciting reveals from last year.

This was the “Lucky Award” for the 2010 illustration contest. The art has so much depth, and an umbreon and mew in the background. Also I love that charmander has his original spikes! This would have been such a cool card!

This was the biggest let down of all time. I remember people ordering hundreds of these magazines expecting promos and then finding concept art for cards instead lol. Every single one of these would have been a banger.

The art obviously exist as it was all apart of a competition. The only art tho made into a offical card is the wotc black star promo with snorlax eevee drawn by Craig Toovey.
