What's your dream Pokemon collection location?

I personally love the Southen Islands collection more than the rest as I dreamt of having one as a kid, and the vibe gave me a true “paradise” feel when I saw that. Wanting to always go to Hawaii or some tropical climate really allowed that set to hit home for me.

With that said, I’d love to hear some other sets you love due to their locations, OR a setting you’d love and why.

Example: for me, a lush NorthWest rainforest where I grew up in WA state. I’d have Lapras swimming in the background in the Puget Sound, Butterfree in the trees, a Pidgeot nesting, Lugia subtly in the background on Mt Rainier & Celebi + Shedinja flying around.

Purely posting this for some creative fun. Hope everyone is having a great day!

I dont have a specific card to showcase, but the town on no map, aka aquapolis always looked so fun and historic from different pokemon POV’s.

Outerspace is the place. Deoxys vs Rayquaza could be a cool theme.

I’d like to see a winter theme based on Hokkaido. They could add a new pokemon that is based on those white furred monkeys that hand out in the hot springs. Cozy!

I would like to be a Holon researcher.

Another holon set would be really cool, or revisiting the town on no map like eievui mentioned

holon research facility needed a video game spin off, and we are all poorer for it.

I dont think so… I think spacesuits could make all pokemon Astronauts.

1000! What do you think would be in a 3-9 card set to showcase it?

What pokemon would you love to see in the set? Would be rad to see a handful of Pokemon enjoying the hotsprings.

Now that I’m thinking of it, this would be an awesome mirror set to SI

A set based on the lost zone, I feel like we could get more content on giritina’s home, it’s something that could be an interesting concept not to mention the additions to the lost zone mechanic for the actual game, it’s always been interesting to me but we don’t know much about the area

As much as I don’t like spiders the size of sewer caps or snakes that can turn your entire bloodstream into Jell-O in 30 seconds, Western Australia is one of the coolest places on earth. 3.600.000.000-year old landmasses, vast eucalypt forests, red sandstone, unique mountains and canyons, untouched arid wilderness as far as the eye can see. Would love something based on that.

Maybe most of the fossil pokemon that havent been in the limelight.

My favourite set of all time, so I’ll take a chance to geek out about it. I’ve always imagined Aquapolis as a town built around a medieval centre, still lived in and developed with more modern elements, while the nearby neighbouring towns have fallen into ruin, in both forest and underwater.

The Town

The Forest

The Sunken Town

@jawsh98 It would start during the earlier history of the Pokemon world; the time when , “ Rayquaza flies around the ozone layer, protecting the planet from asteroids.” This is an interesting time in the Pokemon World History. Supposedly Mews where everywhere in the early days of the Pokemon World. Could see a really cool Jumbo Box Card Set already….. . Ray would be up in the Ozone chilling then would encounter foe….
