What's this weird artefact on my base set Alakazam?

I personally pulled this card from a booster pack so it hasn’t been damaged or anything, but I noticed some kind of weird artefact in the holo. Is it just a printing error? Something common people have seen before on the same card or maybe all sorts of cards?

It’s part of the holo so it was hard to get the right lighting to capture it, but I think I got it pretty clear in that photo.
