I legitimately don’t think there has been a single set release, especially since Next Destinies, that hasn’t come with cards so miscut it looks like they spliced 2 together for kicks.

Correct print taken from bulbapedia:
Compare that to my card ( especially around Espeon ) and you’ll see the difference rightaway, mine card has some extra layer = less visible holofoil.
Is the holo even there at all? Seems like there is none from your photos.
Yes there is but it’s basically covered by that white layer. Bottom left corner and gap over Espeon’s tail are only parts of the card where holofoil appears decently.
