1st Base Swoosh Error

Was checking inventory sheets on all sorts of errors and thought I’d ask about this one. It’s like a brush stroke going through the text showing the foil underneath. The picture below is pretty close to what you’d see in person. Other than that anomaly, the card is 8/9 condition.
Curious the thoughts from our vast number of error collectors.

Here is another example of the same printing defect. I found this on my Alakazam.

Is it basically a rip in the foil layer? Is the paper thinner on those spots?

It’s like a reverse holo bleed-type thing. Cool!
