Fossil Zapdos with really pale borders

I noticed that I have one very strange looking Zapdos in my collection. Are these light yellow borders common flaw with Fossil cards, this is the only one I could find from my 4 full binders. www.dropbox.com/s/gpj14asj6cwzg58/Zapdos%20error.jpg Also I’d need more information about this Neo Discovery Espeon: www.dropbox.com/s/2m7f56odyq245sg/SDC126112.jpg Does this miss part of the holofoil or something ? Background of that card shouldn’t be covered with that much of white.

It seems I’ve inquired additional info for some singles. Zapdos was the version with corrected foil, I’ve also shown Espeon in multiple threads and I still think it looks awesome with that white ball on background.
