what the.... new Kangaskhan Trophy cards?

I was just checking out the new Posts on the pokemon-card.com/blog Website and saw this:

So the Blastoise Mega Battle had Kind of a side Event comparable to the old Parent-Child tournament from 1998 (as it seems like). Could these be real Cards they gave out to the winners as trophy cards?

EDIT:
Just realized it’s trophies but not Cards… still they look amazing and it would have been crazy if these were trophy cards

I actually found a shop in Japan which said that 2 kids here won the junior competition for pokemon tcg in Japan recently. They might win these cards eventually, and have some other trophy cards to add to their collections.
