Opening sealed is never worth the money.
Some S-tier cards in the set but overall pull rates are shocking. Buying to open? Not a cat’s chance in hell. Buying fOr ThE sToNkZ? I’d wager the easy money’s already been made, but I could see it not taking too long to reach £2k (GBP) / box.
The set cohesively, design, and sheer size is absolutely terrible, but the quality of the individual cards is so good, it carries the set.
You missed the boat
Of all the pics on the internet of evolving skies, this is definitely one of them
Whenever I’m tempted to crack open my SWSH packs, I hit this instead. Same dopamine hit when I win, none of the wallet damage when I don’t.
This is so clever! To this day Evolving Skies was the worst opening I’ve ever done. It was a half box with @pokichloe, and it was straight trubbish. I can’t even remember any of the cards pulled. 
Then they go and make that Rayquaza a promo card so you don’t even get to feel good about pulling it
Look it was my best hit in the lot, we have to include it, 
Ironically, Evolving Skies and Eevee Heroes are actually some of the best experiences I’ve had opening modern. Opened one ETB and got the Dragonite special art, opened two booster boxes and got Flareon and Sylveon V special arts
On the flip, opened 4 booster boxes of Terastal and did not pull any eeveelutions
