You guys are going to laugh at this, but hamburger helper cheese burger macaroni is also one of my favorites. The rest of my family doesn’t like it, so I cook it when I can (alone lol).
Thai food! I started cooking when I was 12 and always had a passion for Asian cuisine. A simple chicken or shrimp Pad Thai with Tom Kha and some Thai peanut salad is perfect for me.
I’ve also been craving some good souvlaki. It’s not hard to make and you just need some good tzatziki.
Have to agree, especially when it’s homemade lasagne!

Hmmm one of my favourites has to be Hunters chicken (chicken breast wrapped in bacon, baked in a bbq sauce with grated cheese ontop), dauphinoise potatoes ( partially boiled potatoes, or just sliced with garlic, leek, cream and some seasoning) then a veg of your choice…could be green bean parcels(wrapped and tied with a strand of the leek) or carrots baked in the oven with a bit of butter, salt and carrot/orange juice.
You can make a nice jus with the juice from the meat and carrots and put that in a gravy boat to pour on as desired.
I have always liked Spaghetti Carbonara! But I also LOVE Pizza Salame with extra Mozzarella OR Dubble Hamburger with Dubble Cheese!! YUMMYYY!! But honestly there are sooo many foods to fall in love with )

In south china, i had Cantonese style eu fu lung ha, lobster cheesey noodles. you can pick out the lobster fresh from the fish markets you want, then literally walk a few mins and take it to the restaurant by hand, and say, here cook this for me this style, on the islands between Macau and Hong Kong.
Boneless Ribeye w/ my favorite rub; grilled or Philadelphia style if I’m lazy, medium - medium rare.
