What is the ultimate card that should have gotten the holo treatment, but didn´t

My vote goes to dark Omastar (Neo Destiny). It´s a cool card as it is, but if it would have gotten some holo then mannn.

There are a lot of gorgeous trainers in the neo and e-series eras that would have made phenomenal holo rares (it’s a shame they didn’t continue after the precedent had been set with Rocket and Gym holo trainers).
