Another goal i have is to actually remember my goal from the year prior (this one) and to make progress on it
I’m collecting much more passively now and for the forseeable future, so ill just have one collecting goal which is to get more artist autographs obtained only through myself and not 2nd hand.
One life goal for 2025 is to get full time offer in sales and trading or advisory.
Goals 2025:
-collect at least 50x copies of surfing pikachu(including the variant)
-complete all of my scans, dusting, organizing ,and keep them slated for the following years’(2026) PSA grading large submission but only at about 1/5th of my 100x collection at that time…
-buy a graded card holding binder as i like the showmanship aspect
(Side note to end pokemon goals=someone once told me that the difference between a hoarder and a collector is cleanliness and organization, so ill be doing all aspects of that while working on a new thread as the old one is a little cluttered and was made before the master plan)
Non pokemon goals?
None. Life is good. Pokemon is life.
Actually organize my cards (biggest thing… it’s holding me back from everything lol), finish out my miscellaneous arcanine collection, and get all my arcanine stuff together and take updated pictures.
Avoid Bankrupt 
Finish out the PSA 10s of alt arts and full arts (cosmic ones) from sun and moon, minus the latias latios.
One of my major goals for 2025 is to complete a PSA 9 EX Sandstorm Set, all reverses, holos, and ex. I’ll probably put the non-holos in a binder. 
I also need to finish the ex cards for my PSA 9 EX Team Rocket Returns Set. 
Everything else is complete, I’ve just been dragging my feet. Once it’s finished, some of the fun is done.
2024 goals:
Did pretty well with 2024 goals. I should be finishing my Hoppip/Skiploom/Jumpluff collection once I order a few code variants that I’ve put off for a long time 
And I’m pretty sure I met my 75% completion goal for my reverse Expedition set. Completed some trades this year too 
For 2025, I think my goals would be:
My snail’s pace goals to achieve by the end of 2025 are to complete the No Rarity binder (so I can finally shut up about it), and to have all ex cards from ex Dragon in a binder. I would be very happy with that, but if I can achieve more (Shadowless binder progress for example) then even better.
I remain hopeful that someone will sell me their Jasmine’s Raichu (in English) so I have caught them all* in English.
Catch up on SV as we are attempting to get every set.
I think I might start to dabble in Japanese Raichus despite saying it was only English cards for me.
*not including the prerelease base but that seems more like an error/test card to me so not too bothered about adding it.
My goals for 2025 are to complete the 151 masterball set (17 left) and get all of the Best of Game winner stamped promos

My goals this year are simple:
Same as 2024, honestly. Stay up to date on new eevee releases, ideally grade every art I come across and pick up all of the other variants for the binder. I’m a little nervous that the secret rare from PrEv will be expensive (if it’s even real, who knows) but 
I’ll do what I can.

Keeping filling out my Japanese AR Binder
Win the Lottery and own every Zapdos ever made in a PSA 10

I was lucky enough to accomplish a lot of my 2024 goals, here are some for 2025
If I happen to find an Illusions Zoroark or Zorua or Arceus illustration promo before acquiring some of the bigger items I hope to pick one of those up, and would be the last purchase of 2025.
Main goals are:
deciding what I want to collect. I started with the thought of a base set because that’s what I knew growing up. After that I thought about eeveelutions and for now I am thinking about Umbreon and dragonite.
also try to make some purchases to flip to fund my hobby
grading some cards myself
Attend a card show
Continuing from my 2024 goal of finish my PSA 10 Unlimited Neo Shinings. Patiently waiting for the Shining Gyarados to come up for auction.
After that is done, would like to start a few other projects (no order):
I’ve had such a busy year and done so many new things, I’m not sure what my new goals would be at this point. I completed some of the goals I had for 2024, but I focused a lot on boosting my income through business and other activities. It’s paid off massively and so I think in 2025 I can get back more into Pokemon again. I didn’t think it’d be possible, but I may even be able to get into some bigger cards going forward, assuming the market doesn’t shoot up again before I go for something. This was not in my forecast a year or 2 ago. So overall, I’m excited and things are definitely looking up going into 2025 and beyond for me personally.
Anyway, for sure these are still some gaps I need to fill, so I’ll highlight what does come to mind:
Soft goals will be 10k eBay feedback, Continue to grind out eBay and grow my brand.
Hard goal will be restraint. I met so many huge collection goals for myself this year and big buys for my collection that Its well past time to dial that back. Im probably due for a thinning of my collection as well. But step one is get my hobby spending back in check, which is something ive yet been able to do for years and years now haha.
Reselling changed quite a bit over this year and I am fortunate I was able to adapt and grow my store at a big pace. I went from probably 80% graded sales this time last year to 90% singles this year. Knock on wood I can continue to keep a step ahead of this or that.
