What App/Website do you guys use to track your cards?

Hey all.

I’m doing a bit of inventory and wanted to use an app or website to better track my collection. I’m curious what everyone is using currently. For me, I just want a way to record if i have the reverse holo of a card as well as the standard print.

Or if someone is using something specifically for graded cards that would also be great.

Thanks!

Microsoft Excel.

One worksheet page per set. Card names in rows, condition/grade in columns, and quantity in the cells. Then there are a couple of summary sheets with formulas to show things like set completion percentage or what cards are missing.

I use the PSA set registry app for graded cards: You can add date of purchase, amount spent, add pictures, and any extra notes important to you. Another nice feature is making cards active, sold, inactive in your inventory so you can look back and see what you used to own.

For ungraded cards I use OneDrive so it’s in the cloud. I’m sure Google Drive would work well too. I’m sure there are plenty of templates made by members here.

I use TCGhub on android to keep track of my ungraded English cards.

Similar as @masterteal I use Excel. I have one list of all my 11k+ (non-duplicated) cards: drive.google.com/file/d/1IHvnBiZwDjSOGfLEGrCSkwx5U_zE8iEw/view?usp=sharing

And some additional loose checklists for my main collections, of which most can be found in my signature below.

Excel!

I use the Google excel version so I can view it on any device and doesn’t need to be saved to a certain computer/phone I just need to be logged onto my email.
