Bulbapedia shows it with Stormfront booster pack instead of Holon Phantoms and does not mention other variation but has same promo card and coin. Is it because Bulbapedia is not up to date with these kind of blisters? Also is it because these blisters are international versions or something like that? If anyone has more information would be interested to hear!
Think its just a variant, remember the lone 3rd pack of these 3-pk blisters are usually just an older set the Pokemon company are looking to get rid of due to surplus (at the time), so its not necessarily going to be the same set every time. Personally have seen the holon phantoms insert a few times, havent seen the stormfront you mentioned in bulbapedia before
What has already been said is true. A lot of times you can find ex series packs in these blisters even if they originally came with a diamond and pearl series pack because Pokémon was trying to move the last bit of their inventory. Bulbapedia is not entirely up to date on all sealed blisters and Pokémon products. I have multiple blisters and sealed items they don’t exist in bulbapedia’s data base. The one thing I’ve noticed for sure though is that single pack blisters and three pack blisters with the promo don’t change. You will always find the same promo card as it relates to the set.
