If a first edition zard ever got a black label, I see no reason why it wouldn’t command at least 200k. It might not sell for that right away, but it would truly be the most perfect Charizard in the world. The fact that Prices just keep increasing tells us that it could one day command an even higher price.
Wow. Just watched the video, @kingpokemon.
Amazing to see just how meticulous the Beckett graders are. I was pulling for you though!
Man, I agree though. There’s a sense of comfort knowing that you truly do have a BGS 10 Charizard with such stringent standards.
When you were describing the process the cards go through (large blades, shuffling them into packs, being pulled out of the packs…) it’s easy to find an imperfect card.
Great video nonetheless.
Do you think PSA will ever adopt their version of a “black label” grade?
Glad it was informative Ryan. Interestingly, that Video actually topped his day older Sword&Shield opening video. That’s super surprising considering past performance.
Maybe info videos like Smpratte produces are gaining in interest. I love that:)
I doubt PSA will change anything with their top grade.
BGS sucks… anybody saw what they wrote to random.collector (instagram)? Not sure if he is on here…
No. What did they say?
I’ve had three amazing offers this week for one BGS 10. This is what I thought may happen after the video.
Here’s one I got tonight through IG. He’s a very high end collector and dealer so, legit.
