Couldn’t find anything on the sold listings on ebay for unlimited but there are a few 1st editions. Would like to know how much do these go for in PSA 8 and PSA 9. Theres one BGS 9 going for $2k i believe but that is way overpriced in my opinion. Has anyone of you done a deal for this card? When was it and what was the price on it? Thanks in advance 
Almost all foreign unlimited markets are seller priced determined. There just are not any examples of sold listings and that will make this a nightmare to either buy or sell. People will price it where ever they want as they just claim low population numbers and its automatically super rare. There are specific collectors that would know this info on here but outside those specific collectors I have no idea who might know past valuations on items that are so outside the common market.
From what I have gathered on specific people on this site:
Charizards- Charchu
Gyarados- Shizzletime
Pikachu- Quaador
Regiggigas- Regigigagod
Id get a hold of Charchu for your question, especially with these crazy anomaly cards not many people have seen before, if he doesn’t know of where to begin with your valuation, Id be very surprised.

You’re right, you can get a English 1st edition PSA 9 for that price.

The BGS one is definitely overpriced. I bought a BGS 9 one for $450, years ago. I havent seen many unlimited ones come up sadly

When was it and what was the grade?
that was me and psa 9 paid around $180 for it but just under priced in my opinion your looking right now i would say $550 but no more than that

These are roughly the ranks from each language in terms of difficulty locating unlimited foreign for me with Gyarados:
Note Charizard is only available from booster packs so is harder to locate than the cards that had a theme deck holo including Gyarados so may be different results.
Rank FU - Korean
Rank 1 - Portuguese, Chinese, Dutch
Rank 2 - Italian, Spanish, German, French

Portuguese unlimited is just a pain. I think that is why everytime i see a portuguese card i will be super excited.

Thanks everyone for replying, I am still trying to collect each and every base charizard in each language and i find korean and chinese the absolute hardest. The 1st edition is okay but the unlimited ones are just…UGH. Thanks again guys, really appreciate the replies
Some time last year. Maybe around February. It was ungraded though. PSA 8 would probably be around the same. Idk about PSA 9
