So I was looking at possibly getting some holos in PSA 9 of Spanish or French base set.
They are a bit pricy… even unlimited. I had no idea. A PSA 10 French charizard is listed at 82k. Omg I am very out of touch with prices

No chance those prices are real. Spanish is the most affordable of Base (I’m a native Spanish collector)
Prices are higher if that is not your local language. This goes with any era of cards.

Really? I was looking at Spanish and some PSA 9s unlimited were like 2k. I think it was the few blastoise ones I was looking at
I bought a 1st edition base french psa 9 Charizard quite a while ago. I went for french because Charizard is spelled Dracaufeu which looks way cool.

I bought some Chinese Base set PSA 9’s a few weeks ago and was pleasantly suprised at how cheap they were (otherwise I wouldn’t have bought!)
But there’s not a lot of sales data so I don’t really know

I keep an eye on all these languages for base. Yes these are very good value imo too.

I got in just before the upturn of foreign base I was watching it all and felt that french was the way to go. Glurak doesn’t do it name wise and I was right. The price has dropped somewhat but not to £1900 ish GBP which is what I paid.
