They would have to hate money in order to not print in English.
100% it’s still speculation right now, but what little “evidence” we have is quite convincing for now.
I love Bulbasaur, but adding another Shining Legends print-variant into the binder… two pages full with same art work and it’s not even Base Set! -.-;
They will probably just make them all alternate art.

What TotalCards (the actual news source) has is the official product description (which comes on the back of the ETB/Booster Box). That states in part: "Soar to new heights with the first TAG TEAM trio, Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX, as well as Gyarados-GX and more than 75 Pokémon in their Shiny forms—including Mewtwo-GX and Charizard-GX! "
Now let’s assume that this is confirmed, as I can’t remember any news site being wrong on an official product description, and focus on the numbers. In Ultra Shiny GX there are 45 “S” Pokemon which are featured with the special holo pattern and in their shiny forms. Just the “S” Pokemon would not get us to the 75 mentioned in the description. There are also 38 shiny GX Pokemon, which again on their own would not reach the 75 as mentioned in the description. Combining both the “S” Pokemon and the shiny GX gets us to 83 shiny Pokemon in total, which is within the realm of possibility for the set and fits with the official description. I think it’s likely that a few are taken out of the set for possible promotional items as this seems like a special set á la Shining Legends, which saw some shining Pokemon removed to be promos.
Just by going from the numbers, I’d put money on the vast majority of Ultra Shiny GX being available in Hidden Fates booster packs. But, given the issues others have mentioned with card legality and Pokemon’s undying hatred of anything collector, I’ll really believe it when I see the set list from the ETB.
Some will be in tins, some will be box promos.
Is anyone doing pre-orders on this set?
Absolutely. But consider how many other Japanese exclusive art works exist. Still I can’t speak to the gaming market, just collectors.
I mean I will be grumpy but, duh I’m going to buy them if this is the case. More shiny cards are great.
A shiney English wooper makes me a real happy guy

More confirmation here that we’re getting the shiny GX cards. Likely a few taken out of the set for promotional items like these.
They have to get that US money… Seems they like to capitalize on the US buyers buying up Japanese sets then hit them a second time? Still think I’d like to collect the Japanese versions in this set.
