I think this is the problem. Currently there is no way for a naive buyer to know that they are sun-faded from the label or listing.
I agree that it doesn’t matter if the customer is happy with their purchase.

What is PWCC policy for when the seller is getting hosed because their card was incorrectly labeled and don’t show up in the proper search results? This Glaceon is labeled as a Vaporeon. Actually multiples are messed up this auction block.

Dont PWCC make you review your cards every submission for edits?

a bit off topic but i saw in an old thread a reply of yours and wanted to be sure. 30 days you have time to pay the pwcc invoice is that correct?
It’s usually 10 days
aye that i noticed but also noticed some that said you have a month time to pay
Maybe for the premier auction or if someone asked for additional time, but I have never had a invoice with a due date more than 10 days away.

That’s the seller’s fault unfortunately. Pwcc gives you plenty of time to request edits.
Ah, I just assumed PWCC set the listing title since it’s the same title for the same card over the years.
They do, but you’re notified when an item is entered with a “hey is this how you want this to be listed” opportunity to check/request edits before any auction goes live to the public.
is there some problem with PWCC? i make a bid do a refresh and its as if i didnt make the bid. also log out and couldnt remember password. reset it and then it still says the credentials are wrong
any way to contact them besides chat? what am i to do if they work only monday-friday i cant access the site to view my bids and the auction finishes on sunday
well now i finally can log in to the site but if i make a bid it will say success if i refresh the bid i made is gone very weird
For some bizzare reason, PWCC is not willing to accept my title edit request to label my WCP Unlimited Jolteon Gold Star PSA 10 as a Gold Star. I’ve never experienced this; I’m flabbergasted. Most of the gold stars on the weekly auction this week have the same exact title format, as well as other WCP cards with the exact same label in their archive correctly titled as gold star. Ugh.
