Does this seller have a rep for not listing real sold prices ? I have been seeing on here especially that people get banned from him all the time through Instagram so not really sure what the deal is with this seller ? To be trusted or no?

Oh I see what you mean , kind of annoying as you can’t really tell if the market is actually selling at those price points or if he is just rounding up to who knows how much it possibly sold for.
Makes you wonder if the people who bought through him would speak out and say it’s a fake sold

ppl are gonna lose more money than in 2021 
at least in 2021 when u have jungle eevees/pikas going for 7-800 bux the most u can lose is a couple hundred bux (also they seem to be back to 400+???)

PSA is also lenient with holo scratches and print lines for this copy as far as I can tell (you can look up recent PSA 9 certs and explains why they haven’t had a new 10 cert in awhile) – its a common problem thats specific to WOTC holos and Lugia is the worst offender of them all because of the light holo in the back.
The buyer of this posted the card on Reddit yesterday and this was his justification for it.

what there saying seems in line with what ive noticed during the boom boom some of the bigger accounts on IG spending $$$ seem to be favoring cgc/bgs pristine over psa 10 for these vintages
