I bought this form an ebay member, who when I asked for a tracking number said he honestly did not know what I was talking about but my package should be there soon. He was new so I just let it go, and the card was pretty cheap anyway. When I got the “package” I now understand why he didn’t know what I was talking about.
Also, can this damage be done to a card during shipping (picture number 3) even if the case is not damaged? Or was that something PSA has done?
Also this seller is a shill bidder, however, I have learned a lesson before leaving negative feedback to new sellers who have nothing to lose on my larger ebay account, so I will probably just not leave any feedback. ( I 100% guarantee he is a shill bidder, not an opinion)

Further evidence to never trust a seller that puts their title in all lowercase.

Not a situation to joke about really but I’m honestly umused that the seller would choose to pay almost 1 dollar for two forever stamps but can’t fork 2 more dollars to help protect not only you as a buyer but him as well as a seller with tracking information. Card ever got lost or was damaged on arrival he would lose out on the money made from his sale. Ebays buyer protection will always back up the buyer in that situation. It’s all personal choice as a seller but anything that is $10 or more that I want to sell you can bet your butt I’m placing tracking on it.

I agree with you 100%.
I really don’t know what he was thinking, I didn’t even think the post office would machine an envelope that thick and non-flexible.
Ask @garyis2000 he’ll say “not enough tape”
