poor eyesight favorable lighting 
We’ve seen a fair share of suspect PSA 10s with 4 certs have we not? I recall a Japanese Rayquaza gold star that was even worse than this

PSA feels like it is back to its old slow ways. Express order way past it’s expected Aug 1 completion date and still in assembly and value order received on 7/25 and still in arrived with “pending” status

Does anyone here have experience grading from Europe? I’m curious if using a local middle-man service is the play as opposed to directly sending cards to PSA yourself? I’ve seen differing opinions on the matter, depending on the volume you’re sending. Let’s assume I’m looking to grade say, 10 cards or so. What are the pros/cons of each option?
Edit: The local middle-man service offers middle-manning for the equivalent of $28.42 per card. This service includes shipping to/from PSA, import taxes, the grading itself. About the only thing not included is shipping from the middle-man to my address and of course potential upcharges.
There was a very recent thread discussing grading while being in EU. Maybe it will give you insight. Lot of good discussion points in terms of taxes and comparing middle-man and sending cards on your own.

Things feel sluggish for me too.
I have a Value order that arrived May 16 and is in Assembly. Should have finished August 2nd according to their estimate.
I have a Regular order that arrived July 25 and is in Research & ID. Supposedly August 9th is the estimated completion date, but I’m not holding my breath.

My Regular order was sent to Grading and may end up completing by its deadline of August 9th.

Thinking about grading this shiny child abductor, but the text area of the face has these perfectly round hole punch marks embedded in the holo.
- Have y’all ever seen damage like this before?
- Do you think it’s a print error or user-based in origin
-How do you think it will grade? (Error/damage)

User-based? I can see how a kid would lay a toy over the card creating both circular imprints. At first I thought it might be binder damage, but not convinced. It’s most likely a psa 6 but it would look flawless in a binder lol

Talked to some other DPT shiny collectors before, and it seems to be some sort of recurring factory damage. Don’t think anyone has really looked into the specifics, but copies with this damage have been purchased from not only different sellers but over the course of the last decade. Never pulled one like this myself though. I’ve gone through a good number of these and found both damaged and otherwise mint copies sporting this sorta hole punch.

Could see the indent alone grading a PSA 6-7, but the usual corner issues might just keep it at a 6. But PSA can be all over the place, so I’ve gotten up to a 9 before.

I currently have 2 submissions via the June and July Pokemon special that have been completed Assembly for around a week now.
Pure torture.
I just went through 2 weeks of Assembly torture for my June special. This morning I was finally emailed about an upcharge. As soon as I approved it, the submission went right to “completing” and I had the grades available.

I have usualy shipped to Santa Ana my submissions, and same day as package is confirmed by DHL delivered, there is only a few hours before PSA has the orders listed under my orders page.
This time I shipped it to NJ, and it’s been 2 days with no orders listed, any other that has shipped to NJ, and can confirmed that this is as usual, and there is no problem?
