Id personally want better centering but that’s matter of preference. Seems clean at least.

Base centering is super random though. Imo centering isn’t a bad place to compromise on “condition”
But it’s better if the back is oc

I’d personally want a front with good centering. If I’m buying a 9 I’d be okay with good centering and a white dot on the back

Yes. Looks like a 9 to me. My personal preference is I’d rather not have an off centered card. Well on the front at least. I’d rather a good centered card with a clean front with a white dot on the back then a clean front and back but really off centered. Comes down to your preferences. If you like the card and the price is good for you I’d say grab it. As long as you’re happy that’s what matters

Id send an offer for 3,800 see if the seller bites. Negotiate from there. You’ll get it and I’m sure you’ll be very happy with it
