So lemme get this straight. You send a card to PSA to grade it, which we all know they are super good at grading, then you sell said card, it goes back to PSA to be authenticated, and they say YOU did a bad job at grading it? The PSA memes, they 'a keep 'a 'comin.

It’s not a problem with the condition of the card inside the slab. From the wording it looks like the problem is the case is scratched. It’s still ridiculous that Authenticity will reject a scratched case though. I’d understand if the case is damaged or cracked. I’ve had Authenticity contact me about a cracked case on a card I bought but I just told them to send it to me anyway.

My bad guys, there is a chip out of one of the corners. I didn’t even think to look for it based on their description of the issue. Looks like I’ll have to go through the illustrious reholder service.

I can’t think of a single graded PSA card I own that doesn’t have at least a small a scratch on it. That’s going to be extremely annoying if it’s an issue with eBay authentication going forward.

That makes more sense. Pretty sure you don’t have to reholder though. I believe you can relist and picture the damaged case while making note of it in the title. zandg sells plenty of cases like that but they make sure it’s noted in the title.

Thanks for clarifying! The initial scratch as the reason was worrying, where corner damage is more reasonable.
