Fresh grade. I remember this being pop 36 for a long time in 2017/18, 7 added to the pop report in 2 years. Not too bad considering the 1st ed shining Charizard added 50 to the psa 10 pop in a year.

@swolepoke, I’m grading one too, but it’s already sold. I pre-graded it PSA 10 myself and used the buyer’s address for the return address from PSA. It will go to them straight from PSA. It’s next level strategy.
