Here is what a well centered border should look like. That card is objectively off center. But it still has a black label. Just another example of the arbitrariness of the black label and people valuing the label more than the card.
PSA 10 1st edition base Charizard auction starting at $45k with the certification number blurred out (can still scan the bar code) and only one picture. Itâs âtruly GEM MINTâ and â10000% authentic!â so get your bids in. It may very well be legit, but the listing is poor.
Seems like that card will only be worth a few hundred once itâs not so popular in standard play. How many Charizard collectors really want it? Who here spends that much on modern cards?
I swear I am literally getting annoyed by all these overpriced hyper rare cards from the new sets. Just like the hyper rare zard, there are hundreds of PSA 10âs, it shouldnât hold that much value. Who else thinks the prices will plummet over time?
I like to see the modern TCG being so popular amongst players and collectors even if Iâm not interested in these cards.
I stopped collecting modern Charizard cards since there are just too many released and when I like an artwork Iâll most likely buy the japanese version since itâs more affordable. To each their own I guess.
It is frustrating for someone trying to complete a modern binder collection. For the current asking price of the 3 Reshiram & Charizard cards and the Hyper Blastoise from the Unbroken Bonds set I could buy 5 booster boxes instead, which is absolute craziness; imagine physically trading 5 booster boxes for those 4 cards.
