Damn in my excitement I straight up bought it. I should have known better and made an offer. Oh well, very few made, I love the illustration and Its directly from the winner. Worth every penny to me 
i hope the other winners decide to sell as I want a complete set. As soon as it gets to me it is going straight to Psa hopefully they will grade it I might need to send the paperwork from the thread that shows the winners thoe.
