I’m not sure. Maybe each time he sells he figures he can get more for his next box?

I wish when people buy single booster packs from eBayers that when they leave feedback they write how many (if any) holo’s they got from how many packs they bought. I left a neutral one for one guy when I bought about 12 Jungle packs without 1 single holo, and wrote exactly that.
If everyone did it then it would really shine a light onto those who weigh their packs and sell them fraudulently.
