Barely was able to get the last few I did within budget. No way can I afford the 1st edition set in it’s fullness.

Hmmmm he appears to be correct. The text at the card base is over half the width of the card, which makes it the more common “volume 3” edition. That link provided will lead to a side by side comparison where it is easy to tell.
The TMB card is extremely rare, is it not?

This copy was directly purchased from a participant of the TMB. They have pictures, content, etc to show and prove they were there. No doubt in my mind this is a legit TMB verison of the Bilingual Exeggutor.

It is in fact the tmb version. There is no text difference between the two version.
