What’s the non PC go for graded? Is the raw still 6$ because my answer would be 20x raws or whatever it comes out to

Non PC sealed around £10 / $13 ..
Non PC PSA population and around 40% PSA 10 rate
Option 3: one raw NM of each and then a bunch of other cards

Ha for sure! I figured what would one do with 4 of the same card in plastic, so lets make an even better scenario.
I think most people deep down don’t think the PSA 10 premium on a stamped card is worth it. It’s just a pretty number that is easy to hype up

Yeah I don’t collect psa obviously but what would make me happier than all 10s would be paying half or less for all 9s

It depends - for the non PC looks like raw can be had for $2-10 and 9 $5-20 so a ton of overlap or close. Importantly you can grab a 9 for less than a raw plus grading fee which I always appreciate. 9 of the PC stamp I see some $50 to $100, raw $75+

Anyway, in general, I prefer FA cards without stamps above those with. Just distracts from the artwork. 
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t even collect Eevee, so don’t have either of these cards. I do have the Pikachu both with and without Pokémon Center stamp, since that one I do collect. But I only have the N’s Reshiram without Pokémon Center stamp for my FA Supporter/CHR collection, since I prefer that collection without any stamps if I can help it.
