it turned out the seller had a English copy I have been advised to get it graded with BGS since PSA will not grade it. Do you guy’s think it will will grade 9 or higher?

BGS is has a slightly lower mint standard than PSA so the silvering on the left front edge shouldn’t be a big deal. As long as there aren’t more than a few surface imperfections its definitely a BGS 9 candidate! nice purchase

The guy ended up throwing in some of the pieces for free that were butchered

The guy who sold me these worked at a print company, and said he had won the bid on these for the change in foiling pattern. I am unsure if that means he was a part of the process from the starry to galaxy/cosmos, but even if he was not, it was nice to still have some history with it.

At a store and this guy has two of these on display saying he got them from someone at WOTC are these legit square cuts? I figured some of you may be able to tell a real from a fake.

this card is a true miscut card. you can tell a true miscut card by the appearence of a small black dot on the top corner(s) of the card.if it’s not then it’s only an off-centered card. that is the dot helping to aligne card for cutting process. usually a card has that black dot it has a high value.
