Hi everyone!
New member here! I was thinking about starting to collect the southern island set with graded cards (since there are only 18).
I have a dilemma though: I don’t care that much about the language of the cards and so far the prices aren’t that different so, which language should I choose based on value increase on the long term?
From my short experience collecting cards, I notice that english sets are almost always more expensive that japanese if the card is the same. So I would guess the english one would be the one to go, however I noticed that the japanese set is from 1999 (like 2 or 3 years older IIRC) and there are less graded cards.
In design I do like the english holos better but at the same time I like the old japanese card back.
Any aditional info, fun facts or advice about this set would be appreciated!
