She knows roughly. She doesn’t really get it though. Had a few games of base-fossil TCG which she actually quite enjoyed. She kicked me arse. 
I tell my wife everything. Completely open when it comes to how we spend our money for fun and saving as I believe communication is key. I typically manage all the finances and we do a check up of our net worth/assets every 6 months. Usually anything under a few hundred dollars she doesn’t care. If its a bigger purchase I give her a heads up. Seems to work ok.
