slight wax stain psa grading

Hi guys so i have been wondering what this means or looks like on a Pokémon card. for disclosure i have a card in which on the reverse I believe there to be what looks like to me could be a slight wax stain on the blue boarder. I can post pics if needed but for now i can just explain what it looks like, so…it looks like a small whitish mark on the blue boarder at first i thought it could be mold but it doesnt look like it tbf and has stayed exatly the same mark since owning the card 3 years later. so the only other thing i can remotely imagine it to be is what psa call a wax stain, which in a way using my imagination (not experience) it looks like a slight wax blemish more that anything else. does anyone have any idea in what they look like? and does my description of a small white mark seem like a wax stain?
