I knew PSA grades sealed packs, but I didn’t knew they also graded sealed promos. Looks kinda weird though… And just like the packs it’s kinda bad and wrinkly encapsulated like this…

Has anyone ever seen any other sealed cards graded by PSA?

Whoa… now gotta decide if I want to send mine in… are they grading the card or the wrapper though…?
