this person submitted their card to PSA still in the cellophane wrap. I want to do the same.
I’m assuming I have to send it in as a pack submission rather than a card submission? is this the case?
There was a thread about that listing a little while ago. I would personally advise against this as the way they fold the flaps is terrible. They also grade the wrap and not the actual card from what I understand so it would be misleading if you ever decide to sell it.

If your card got wrecked inside that scratchy cello then send it as a pack. If the card is nice then take it out.
I’ve sent in unwrapped promos (think the shining ho-oh from the SL ETB) and all they do is email you asking for permission to open it. If you write a statement and include it with the shipment that you authorize them to open it, they will open it and grade it as bulk (assuming you meet the bulk requirements).
I like that though, that’s smart. Good way to be unique and to target high net worth collectors as a pack submission.
