I stumbled upon this listing on Ebay, and found something I don’t quite understand: this PSA case seems larger than the regular PSA cases (there’s a lot more space at the top of the card), and it appears to have an inner sleeve?
Looking at other Ancient Mew cards in cases, they all appear to properly fit the case and there’s no extra plastic, so I don’t believe it’s an Ancient-Mew-Specific thing.
I know very old cases used to have an inner sleeve, but this is a new label case. I’d like to understand this one, so figured this might be the place to ask!
I had some ancient mew in the lighthouse case and all of them had the inner sleeve. I don’t know why, maybe they decided to do so with this particular card for some reasons.
I always thought that was weird, getting the cellophane graded but not the card.
So the card could be bent and damaged but as long as the cellophane is fine it gets a good grade? Whack
