It’s like a raffle correct? The sign up page seemed like it is randomized. However if we aren’t selected as spectators can we still attend if we just travel there? I assume it’s private

Yes, it will be a raffle. They say that the interest list “may” exceed the number of passes, it will exceed. You’ll enter your email now (before 3/23 11:59 PM PDT), and will be informed starting the week after if you were selected for the opportunity to buy a pass. The past couple years, you’re able to buy two spectator passes with a “winning” email. There’s a bullet point that states “Every adult must register with their own account. Up to four (4) youth passes may be purchased and added to an adult registration”, so that may be different this year.
You will need to be wearing a spectator pass to enter most areas in the venue. Last year, you needed to be present with an ID to pick up your pass(es). You’d need to pass to view any matches, check out the vendors, and any other exhibits that are set up. Last year, they had a nice gallery of illustration contest entries to walk through, which was cool. Those other aspects will vary year to year, I imagine there’ll be more info released at some point in the future.
Access to the Pokemon Center at Worlds is generally separate from spectator passes, but we don’t have info on that yet. You’ve previously been able to enter to access the Pokemon Center without having a spectator pass.
