Pokemon Worlds San Francisco Spectator Pass Sharing/Buying Sheet

Hi E-Fourians! Since Pokemon Worlds XP recently released the first wave of full weekend spectator passes after the interest list closed on 4/24/26 I thought I’d create and share our annual spectator pass sharing sheet.

Pokemon XP website source for pass lottery news: https://registration.pokemon.com/flow/pokemon/26sanfrancisco/landing/page/main

As previous worlds attendees know, the process to obtain spectator passes isn’t so straightforward and often requires making connections and sharing with others. The purpose of the spectator pass sharing/buying sheet is to create a central place to share and buy them as the name implies.

What details do we know so far about how passes work and how to share them?
A: There are reports of pass winners who are selected who can only purchase a pass under their original email entry name. This is a change from last year where people were sent a link that led to a form to enter a name. This effectively means we can only enter a unique new name +1 extra pass that comes with purchasing the original pass. However, this likely does not prevent people from lending others passes that have a different name on it to enter the venue. In previous years, staff often would not check for names after the passes were picked up.

How do I share my pass?
A: Simply enter your name under column A and input “Yes” in column B that you won a pass, and input “Available” in column C. Once a pass is claimed and taken, please change it from available to “Taken.”

How do I request a pass?
A: To request a pass, a pass must be available as “Available” in column C. Enter your name under column D, E, or F whichever is empty. This is on a first come, first served basis and passes are given on the whims of the owner.

What are the rules around buying and selling passes:

A: It’ll be up to the winners and buyers to discuss prices. You may give out passes for free as well. I will not regulate this as it can quickly turn into a mess and lots of drama. Just be civil and reasonable.

Now that the pleasantries are out of the way, here’s the sheet: E4 San Francisco Worlds Spectator Pass Sharing/Buying - Google Sheets

Best of luck to everyone who wants to attend and hope to see some of you there!

Well, I’m on the list like I am every year. I’m at the E4 meet up regardless so I’m going to have fun! Need a pass for both me and my girlfriend.

A little confused by the formatting of the Google doc. Interested in going to worlds if I can manage to get a ticket.

Do we know how long Pokémon takes to roll out all the emails for the lottery - 2 weeks later should anyone who hasn’t heard yet assume they weren’t selected?

Sorry for the odd formatting. The sheet is meant to show who has extra passes and the adjacent columns are to input your name as a sort of waitlist to opt in for the extra pass. Of course everything is at the discretion of the pass winner.

In terms of lottery waves we are on the 4th or 5th one I think with the last wave going out on May 5th. There may still be a chance but it is likely getting smaller chance. Arena passes sold out recently too.

They have have not rolled out 1 day pass interest list yet.

Still haven’t decided if I’ll go at all or not. I know you can still enjoy it without the badge but it will be a pretty big factor for me

Ideally I’m looking for two Multi-Day passes, but I’m open to working with whatever is available

Hey folks a small update - I think about 5-6 waves have gone out now with the last wave going out on Tue. 5/5/26. It may be too early to say but at this point the multi-day pass waves may be done (please update here if you know otherwise).

So the remaining options are to get spectator passes from competitors for multi-day or wait for single-day interest list to start in the next month or 2. Remember that competitors get three +1 spectator pass slots and the qualification officially ends mid-June after NAIC (that’s when they receive their invites). Arena passes have also sold out to the general public so competitor +1s may be the only way to get in to that as well (unless you buy an arena pass onsite or something).

Unfortunately this year is shaping up to be the most difficult to get into the event, probably due to Pokemon’s increased popularity and it being the 30th anniversary. I wish the best of luck to everyone still looking for passes.
