Announcing the E4 Worlds meet up location for San Francisco 2026!
Hey everyone! Our annual E4 worlds meet up location has officially been finalized for this year! I wanted to take just a moment to thank each and everyone of you who show up and make this the biggest and best collector meet up year after year!
We absolutely can’t do this without the support of you guys on the fourums, so a heart-felt thank you from me personally as I’ve run this event several years in a row now and it’s only a success thanks to you all.
With that said, the location for our meet up this year will be:
W San Francisco Hotel
181 3rd St, San Francisco, CA 94103
4th Floor, Social Terrance
Saturday, August 29th
DOORS OPEN AT 5:00 PM AND ENDS AT 7:30 PM
Located catacorner to the Moscone Center (>1 min walk). Look for signage for the E4 meet up! A few photos below of our event space this year:

A GORGOUS Terrace overlooking 3rd street and the Pokémon Worlds venue.
Our terrace even comes with a beautiful sculpture, featuring an exhausted Collect A Con vendor who just spent over an hour pricing out 20 dollars worth of raw singles, only to have the 12 year old he just did appraisal work for ask him to “flip for it, 50-20?”
So what’s in store this year, what happens here?
Just like last year, as soon as you enter you’ll be given a free gift from me as well as a door prize ticket (Drawing at 7:00 PM)! We gave away over $1000 in prizes last year, and we’ll be doing it again this year!
Additional drawing tickets will be available for a heavily encouraged donation of 20 dollars a ticket. (only 120 tickets will be made available, first come, first serve)
We will have a FULL CASH BAR again this year. Once you grab your drink of choice, feel free to grab a table and socialize with your favorite E4 members! Signature cards will be exchanged, binder collections will be shown, slabs will be showcased and packs will be ripped. So get ready to have some fun, and socialize!
I’ve heard year over year that our meet up is the best event at worlds. I have to agree, our meet up is about the social aspect of collecting. Swap stories, look at cool cards in person, have a laugh and relax! Nothing here is competitive or about making a dollar, you just get to enjoy the hobby.

Towards the end of our meet up time, we’ll get everyone together for our annual E4 meet up photo before we disperse into groups for dinner. There are MULTIPLE dinner options around the hotel. Eat before or after the meet up, it’s entirely up to you!

As we do every year, I like to remind everyone that these meet up events are not free for us to host. We are entirely dependent on community donations. For this year, we request a $40 donation to help us run the event for all of our members.
