Here is a handful of mine.

They are all from the original release. The party hat pichu was originally released as a surprise 2 day only 2k egg hatch before trading was released. Similarly the others were only a few days at the time.

Niantic is lazy and just rereleases the same exclusive stuff things. Things like party hat pichu lost all the prestige due to rereleases so i stopped grinding years ago.

Not sure what constitutes a rare shiny in PoGo but this dude was my first shiny from back in 2019.

I remember grinding my local marsh when shiny karp first came out. I was there for hours and snagged one as I was driving out.
